The specification phase is key in each of our projects. After this phase we need to be absolutely clear on what the requirements are and why those requirements exist. Without an excellent understanding of the “why”, the requirements will never be anything else but just requirements and we, as a company will never be able to understand our client’s business.
We want to get to know you, to understand your goals and your strategy, to be aware of your values and get a sense of your company culture and brand.
Identifying Issues:
As soon as the requirements are set, we
go deeper into specifications. During the
specification phase, MM Designs Group, together with the
client, creates a functional design.
During the functional design creation, several of MM Designs Groups competence areas are involved. In a chain of development the design often sets demands on how the data is delivered, and the technical architecture is often affected by how we want the interaction to work.
